THE BACKGROUND

Mortgage Propeller a fintech business that provides a platform to speed up and make your mortgage process easy to manage and allow you to remove any unnecessary stress.

Mortgage Propeller had a range of mortgage brokers on their new platform but needed leads fast to help start the mortgage process. With the mortgage industry being very competitive Mortgage Propeller wanted leads fast and that’s where we came into action.

THE STRATEGY

We knew from experience within the mortgage industry and working with other B2C businesses that they can really grow at rapid rates by using social ads and setting up a sales funnel to generate solid leads. From here we took a 3 step approach to creating a social ads marketing campaign to ensure mortgage propeller got leads for a very low cost compared to other marketing channels the industry uses.

We created social ads that stood out within a industry with is usually know as not being too exciting when it comes to ads. Our ads were designed to be targeted at a younger audience and display the key messages to promote conversions and engage with this younger audience.

Marketing Consultancy

We offered our marketing consultancy services to Mortgage Proppeller. As a new business we could offer advice and experience on what steps to take to ensure they generated leads.

We also offered training & meetings to help upskill their new staff. This included answering any marketing questions and helping them learn how to develop their own future marketing strategy to use.
