THE BACKGROUND

We were approached by the UK office of the European bridge builder Janson Bridging, they had a new website but this had a few issues on go live which had meant they had dropped out of Google and they needed someone with experience to grow the business and get them found online again! 

This had massively effected the business and leads so the goal was to help them understand the new website and bring more traffic and leads into the website to generate long term growth for the business.

THE STRATEGY

With Janson Bridging we needed to understand their custom build website system and make sure that we had the ability to correctly set up the SEO on the website and get them back to generating traffic and leads.

This started with a complete overview of the SEO, website and Google ads campaign. We found multiple issues which had held the website back when launching and working with the external company we managed to get everything together and created a solid foundation for Janson Bridging to really help them grow within Google. 

We set up a complete keyword research project and presented this to the board so that they could see the growth and future of Janson bridging online. 

Lastly we reviewed the entire Google ads campaign and found the account was full of broad keywords within the campaign. These keywords were driving a lot of traffic to the website which was completely irrelevant and wasted a lot of their budget. This was cut back so everything keyword was hyper targeted.

THE RESULTS

Over the first 2 months working together we ran training for the internal team to help them with their understand of the website and digital marketing, we also helped get the website ranking across all major bridge types within the UK. This increased website traffic but over 400% on when we started the project. 

Lastly, the complete review of the Google ads campaign allowed us to be hyper targeted to the main keywords and move away from broad keywords which were getting the clicks but were completely irrelevant for the business. The meant click costs when down to under £1 which is a massive reduction and allowed us to drive solid targeted traffic to the website.
