ChangeXtra is revolutionising how we look at menopause. Founder Claire Mann is a real industry trailblazer set on changing legislation and getting people talking about menopause. She offers a variety of services from one-on-one sessions, informative talks and publishing articles whilst also managing a Facebook community group encouraging women to talk openly about their experiences.
The Facebook group was a massive push for Claire as she wanted to create a digital space for women to talk openly about their experience with menopause, offering help and advice whilst also promoting her own resources. Our challenge was getting people to the Facebook group and creating an email list to use in the future to push her upcoming app!
We decided early on that the best way to get Claire out there was by creating a backlog of content. We started off by creating a short ebook called ‘surviving the menopause’. We ran ads pushing people to a landing page where they enter their email addresses in order to download the FREE ebook. This was widely successful with over over 400 downloads and emails collected. We then decided to create a book, working with Claire to create a 75-page book filled with infographics and images we formatted and published through KDP.
The book ‘Surviving the menopause’ is now on sale on Amazon and is doing very well selling 8 copies in the first fortnight.
we are now working on developing 2 more books with Claire further expanding her brand awareness and getting her name out there. We are also working with her to develop her app.
